The New York Times takes note of what it calls a rare feat on its best-seller lists: Bill O'Reilly owns the No. 1 and No. 2 spots in hardcover nonfiction. It's impressive enough to score the top two in paperback, but doing so in hardcover is tougher because it means an author has cranked out new books to rule the charts. In O'Reilly's case, his Killing Lincoln has been No. 1 for 65 weeks, and now his Killing Kennedy, released in October, has moved into second place
