A 23-year-old man was arrested for allegedly committing sex acts with 6-month-old girl, who sustained injuries to her genitalia, authorities reported.

Carey Trevon Thomas, of Arrow Bear, was taken into custody after Loma Linda Children’s Hospital reported the baby’s injuries to police, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department.
