A woman had a strange excuse for deputies to why she didn’t stop when they tried to pull her over – she said she was topless.

Officers say 35-year-old Mandy Ramsey was speeding on County Road 318 Saturday night when a patrol car tried to pull her over. However, they said she took off and ran a stop sign before crashing into a tree.
