A 34-year-old teacher in the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw school district faces charges of having an improper relationship with a student, authorities said Friday.
Rachelle Nicole Heenan of Haslet was arrested Thursday evening. She was released from jail early Friday after posting $10,000 bail.
