When Prestonsburg Police Chief Mike Ormerod went to Pizza Hut on a lunch break Friday, he says he noticed a woman at the counter acting unusual, swaying back and forth, appearing to be under the influence.

That woman was South Floyd Middle School special education teacher Michelle Hall, police say.
