Dallas Police arrested a man who they say walked into a Target store on Marsh Lane, took a butcher knife out of its packaging in the housewares aisle and stabbed a random woman Thursday night.

Police said the woman, Martha Jones, 29, is in good condition, though she lost a lot of blood, according to police documents.
