Apparently the police in Seaside Heights, New Jersey agree with us: Snooki is criminally atrocious. She was arrested on the beach less than an hour ago and carted away by the cops. According to our sources Snooki's being charged with disorderly conduct for drinking on the beach

We also noted she's either wearing a thong or going commando. We saw a little more of her butt cheek situation than we needed as Snooki was being carted away.
